📜 Refund Policy
1. No Refunds for Digital Products
1.1 All purchases made on heyexpat.de for digital products (such as the Masterclass, Onboarding Kit, and Travel Checklist) are final and non-refundable.
1.2 Due to the instant access to digital content, customers waive their right to withdrawal upon purchase, in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code).
1.3 By completing a purchase, the customer explicitly agrees to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledges that they lose the right to request a refund.
2. Exceptions
2.1 Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Technical issues preventing access to the purchased content (not caused by the customer’s device or internet connection).
- Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product, provided the customer notifies us within 48 hours of purchase.
3. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Transactions
3.1 If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, access to purchased content will be immediately revoked until the issue is resolved.
3.2 We reserve the right to provide evidence of purchase and agreed terms to the payment provider in case of disputes.
